MAYOR SUPERBA (Male, White, 40s-60s) Mayor of Big Cherry. A Strong leader with a subtle touch. Firm in his beliefs. His cordiality can turn intimidating.

MR. BLAKE (Male, Black, Mid 30s-Mid 50s): City Council Member. Opportunistic with fickle tendencies. Aware of being the only POC in the room. Unknown ethical boundaries. Knows how to play the game.
MR. BREEDING (Male, White, 40s-mid 60s): City Council Member. The Mayor's right hand man and a bully. Impatient, loud, cocky, opinionated. Uses his aggressiveness to be the deciding factor in the counsel.
MR. HANRATTY (Male, White, Mid 30s-Mid 50s): City Council member. Bookish, earnest, and seemingly mild-mannered do-gooder, he can turn mean when pushed. Quirky and doesn’t recognize social boundaries. More socially progressive than his colleagues.
MR. ASSALONE (Male, White, 40s-mid 60s): City Council Member. Inside player of small town politics and the corrupt brother of the sheriff. Quietly menacing. Only interested in serving himself. Not likeable and lives up to his name.
MS. INNES (Female, White, 60+): Second longest running council member. Gracious, privileged, formal, persnickety, and almost grandmotherly. The grand dame of the group, she can be ruthless behind her polite social demeanor.
MS. MATZ (Female, White, Late 30s+): Chairperson of the Council Rules Committee. A klutz and a ditz. Scattered. Eccentric. Befuddled. Heavily medicated and not always there. Easily persuaded.
MR. OLDFIELD (Male, White, 65+): Oldest member of the City Council. Has overstayed his welcome and his relevance. Easily distracted and highly irritable. Uncensored and blunt, he is an old school conservative. Inclined to doze off and mostly concerned about his parking. Expert comic timing.
